Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

It is not possible to receive a refund if the item has not arrived yet. You have to wait until the package arrives and then apply for a return & refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@carboniwatch.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item. It's hassle-free and free over the product price, with only shipping costs to be covered. In the end, your satisfaction is guaranteed, making you a happy customer!

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

By placing an order with carboniwatch, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.

More information about order and shipping policies

  1. If a customer receives a damaged product, contact us within 72 hours after the order was received with a photo and/or video of the problem. We will ship a new item as part of our guarantee. If the customer informs us of a damaged watch or requests a refund after 72 hours, we can only offer a partial refund.
  2. We cannot be held responsible for any lost orders due to an incorrect customer address or an address without a telephone number. Compensation will not be provided. If the customer still wants to receive the order a small fee will be charged for a new shipment.
  3. We do not provide compensation if the customer has deliberately damaged the watch.
  4. If a parcel shows successful delivery, but the customer claims they did not receive it and refuses to request supporting documents from the post office, we cannot provide compensation.
